Customized presentations and professional development
Are we a good fit for Health Education Partners?
If you’re asking that question, you probably are.
If you offer any type of health, community, wellness, educational, or outreach programming, we can support you. Nonprofits, universities, churches, clinics, schools, coalitions, and community-based organizations are all excellent partners.
Who is the ideal partner for your services?
Organizations that care about evidence-based practice, community impact, and meeting people where they are. Anyone looking to elevate their programming, improve outcomes, or reach underserved populations will find great value in working with us.
Do you offer short-term or long-term engagement options?
Absolutely! All of the above.
We provide one-day trainings, multi-week programs, semester-long partnerships, or long-term consulting. We tailor everything to your organization’s needs.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Because every project is customized, turnaround time varies. However, we typically offer:
1–7 days for simple workshops or small projects
2–4 weeks for curriculum or program development
Ongoing support for long-term collaborations
Please know: We always communicate clearly about timelines and deliverables, and everything is customizable.
Will we work directly with you?
Yes. When you hire Health Education Partners, LLC, you work directly with Sarah Hague, an experienced educator and community health specialist with years of hands-on expertise. You won’t be handed off or lost in a system; you will have a consistent, professional point of contact from start to finish.
We do not outsource any part of our program implementation. You will never have an unfamiliar company, contractor, or third party show up to deliver your services. All work is done in-house to ensure consistency, quality, and a personal touch every single time.
Do you create customized programs?
Absolutely. Every organization, community, and population has its own unique needs. We design programs from the ground up based on your goals, challenges, demographics, and desired outcomes.
We also specialize in grant-aligned programming. If you have an awarded grant with specific deliverables, outcomes, or required activities, we can build a fully customized program that meets every requirement while still being practical, engaging, and evidence-based. In other words—whatever your grant calls for, we can design a program that fulfills it with excellence.
Do you write reports, evaluations, or summaries?
Yes. We can provide:
Program evaluations
Needs assessment reports
Executive summaries
Recommendations for improvement
Evidence-based resource packets
All documents are professional, clear, and ready to be shared with stakeholders.
Can you help us stay updated on the latest research and best practices?
Yes. One of our core commitments is staying current on the latest health research, educational tools, strategies, and emerging program theories so you don’t have to. We bring the most relevant information straight to your team.
Do you offer virtual options?
Yes. We offer both in-person and virtual sessions depending on your needs, location, and budget.
What makes your approach unique?
We blend research-based health education with deep human connection. We believe people learn best when they feel seen, valued, and safe. Our programs are warm, engaging, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and designed to make people feel better when they leave than when they arrived.
What makes you different from just using ChatGPT or AI?
This is an excellent question. You’re right… anyone can open a digital tool and ask for a program, an evaluation, or a curriculum. But as an educator who has read hundreds of AI-generated papers (which is nowhere near fun, and professors can definitely tell!), I can assure you that many sources are often inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated. It takes a trained professional to know what’s credible, what’s evidence-based, and what is safe to use in a real community setting.
More importantly: AI cannot walk into a room. It cannot read the energy of hurting people, build trust, or put a Band-Aid on loneliness. The United States Surgeon General has identified loneliness as the number one health epidemic in our nation, and humans must solve that. We exist to serve that exact need through personal connection, presence, and genuine care.
Why should we partner with you?
Because we bring the perfect combination of expertise, credibility, and heart. Health Education Partners are not just program designers, we are educators, evaluators, and community connectors who understand people as much as we understand data and Health Behavior Theory.
We help organizations elevate their programming with evidence-based strategies, clear outcomes, and engaging delivery. But just as importantly, we show up as real humans. We listen. We build trust. We create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and safe.
If you want a partner who is committed to quality, grounded in research, responsive to your needs, and deeply passionate about community wellbeing, you will find that here.
We don’t just complete projects. We help transform impact, “…because better health begins with education.”
